| Orders will normally be dispatched the next working day of
ordering, however please allow up to 7 working days for receipt of delivery.
Delivery charges are calculated for U.K. mainland ONLY.
Delivery can be made outside the U.K but please
email us first so we can advise on the increased shipping costs.
All items are packed using sufficient protective packaging
required to ensure the goods arrive in a satisfactory condition. Most
items are dispatched in cartons.
If
an item is out of stock and there is going to be a longer delay, we will inform
by email and offer you a revised delivery date.
No Claims for loss or damage can be accepted unless written
notification is given to us within two (2) days of the receipt of goods.
All carriage charges are based on the total weight of your
order (kg), and include packaging and handling.
