| PRICES - All our prices
are in GBP and include VAT, prices payable are shown at the time of ordering,
we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
GENERAL - No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale
irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the seller, until the goods
are despatched by the seller.
DELIVERY - Orders will normally be despatched the next working day of
ordering, however please allow up to 7 working days for receipt of delivery.
Delivery is made, at present, to the U.K. mainland only.
RETURNS - All goods
supplied by Labyrinth will leave our premises without any damage or defects.
Damaged goods will be refunded after satisfactory investigation. Notification
of damaged, wrongly despatched goods or incomplete orders must be made with in
7 days of receipt, after which time Labyrinth holds no responsibility.
Labyrinth will refund the cost of returning damaged goods only after receipt
and inspection of the goods. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of
returns on unwanted items and a full refund of the goods will only be made upon
inspection.
